so i've been wanting to see mae west in
"sextette" since forever.its a bizarre, corny 1930s type musical made & set in the 1970s. mae claimed to be in her 70s, looks half embalmed, & walks slowly while others dance around her. as usual she cast the hottest actors(timothy dalton, george hamilton, tony curtis, & ringo starr) as her love interests. mae west was never a beauty so its always hilarious when everyone says how sexy or gorgeous she is(she wrote the script,of course). "sextette" is not campy enough to be entertaining, only very sad & unfunny
