dog beater

i just witnessed my neighbor (the "sweet" grandmother) beat the hell out of her poodle for barking.i've never seen anybody hit a dog like that . grandpa just stood around and watched. they should be thankful i was not filming to give that to the police. such disgusting people and really don't know how to act around decent folks. no need to even tell the owner. he didn't care about them setting their apartment on fire so I know he won't care about this .
